CUTTING & FORMING DIES FOR PRODUCTION MACHINERY CV-CMD
The CV-CMD series includes a wide range of cutting, forming, and decorative dies for dough-processing machinery and production lines.
Each die can be designed and manufactured according to the type of product, required shape, final dimensions, and production line configuration on which it will be installed.
The CV-CMD range covers applications for puff pastry products, donuts, croissants, bakery and pastry products, as well as specialized applications for cutting, scoring, slitting, and creating decorative patterns on dough.
In addition to our own production lines, custom dies can also be designed and manufactured for production lines and machinery from other manufacturers, subject to technical evaluation and compatibility requirements.
1. Dies for Puff Pastry Production Lines
Special cutting and forming dies are available for puff pastry production lines and continuous dough sheet processing systems.
Depending on the required finished product, the dies can perform:

Technical information such as machine dimensions, mounting system, available working width, and cutting mechanism may be required to ensure correct integration.

Custom Die Development Process
- The finished product to be manufactured is defined.
- The required dimensions and product shape are determined.
- The production line and cutting machine configuration are evaluated.
- The required cutting, forming, scoring, or decorative process is selected.
- The appropriate CV-CMD die is designed.
- The die is manufactured according to the technical requirements of the application.
- Where required, the die is adapted to the existing cutting system of the production line.
